! The dish is in the wrong spot
Up to three-quarters of speed and dropout problems trace back to placement and obstruction, not the hardware. A dish under the eaves or behind a gum tree will never hit the numbers on the box.
! Trees are blocking the view
The single biggest factor in your speed is a clear view of the sky, and a treed block usually needs a 3, 6 m galvanised pole, sometimes a 6, 10 m mast in a cleared spot, to get above the canopy.

Can I make phone calls with no cell signal?
Yes, that's the big win for rural. Once Starlink WiFi reaches your phone, the phone uses WiFi calling to make and take ordinary calls and texts over the satellite connection, even in a complete mobile black spot. Most modern phones support WiFi calling; we set it up and check it works across the house and shed.
Can you get WiFi and phone coverage out to the shed?
That's most of what we do. We beam a point-to-point wireless link to the shed, dairy or yards, no trenching, and place access points so each building gets its own strong WiFi and WiFi calling, not just the room the router's in.
My block is covered in trees, can it still work?
Usually, yes, but the dish has to get above the canopy. We do an obstruction survey first, then put it on a 3, 6 m galvanised pole, or a freestanding 6, 10 m mast in a cleared spot, when the trees demand it. A clear view of the sky is the single biggest factor in speed and reliability.
Can you install CCTV too?
